01 · Project Consultation & Requirement Review
Share your target product, reference platform, target market, configuration, branding and packaging requirements. We first confirm the project scope and what can progress from an existing platform.
02 · Platform & Configuration Confirmation
Confirm the applicable product platform, product configuration, color, packaging and other project requirements. Depending on the project, the review may also cover structure, tooling requirements, motor or battery requirements, brush head, target-market compliance requirements and feature modifications. Logo / branding process and policy are reviewed according to the confirmed project scope.
03 · Engineering / CAD & 3D Review
Where required, appearance, structural or deeper modification requests enter an Engineering / CAD / 3D Review to evaluate structure, manufacturability and technical feasibility. This is project-specific, not a fixed requirement for every OEM project.
04 · Tooling & Production Preparation
Production preparation begins after the applicable product requirements, customization scope and project configuration are confirmed for the project. Where new tooling or structural adjustment is required, the project enters tooling and production preparation. Not every OEM project requires a new mold.
05 · Sample / Pre-production Validation
Evaluate available GEEKO electric toothbrush models before moving to the next project stage. Sample configuration, preparation time, cost and courier arrangements are confirmed according to the actual project requirements. Sample preparation time is typically 3–7 days. International transit time is separate and depends on the destination.
06 · Client Approval
The client reviews the confirmed specification and the applicable sample or pre-production result before the project proceeds to mass-production preparation.
07 · Mass Production & Assembly
The confirmed project scope enters injection molding, production and assembly.
08 · Quality Control & Testing
Quality control and applicable testing enter the manufacturing stage. Existing foundations include temperature and humidity testing and whole-machine life testing.
09 · Global Shipping & Delivery Coordination
Final shipment and delivery arrangements are coordinated according to the destination, order terms and agreed logistics requirements.

Structural modifications require engineering review, prototype validation and applicable testing.
New tooling can be evaluated when the required design or structure cannot be achieved with the applicable existing solution.
New or modified functions are evaluated according to the technical requirements and selected product platform.

No. Projects based on an existing platform may not require new tooling. New tooling is evaluated when the required appearance or structure cannot be achieved with the applicable existing solution.
GEEKO supports product sample evaluation for B2B projects. Sample availability, configuration, cost and courier arrangements are confirmed according to the actual project. Sample preparation time is typically 3–7 days. International transit time is separate and depends on the destination.
