1. About This Privacy Policy

GEEKO is a business-to-business electric toothbrush manufacturer providing OEM, ODM, private-label and wholesale services to brands, distributors, importers, retailers and other business customers. This Privacy Policy explains how Shaoxing Geeko Technology Co., Ltd. ("GEEKO", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit geeko-oral.com, submit an inquiry, request a quotation or sample, communicate with our sales team, or otherwise interact with us.

This website is intended primarily for business representatives and professional buyers. It is not an online retail store and does not provide customer accounts, online checkout or payment processing in its planned V1 form.

2. Who Is Responsible for Your Information

The organisation responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy is Shaoxing Geeko Technology Co., Ltd., trading under the GEEKO brand.

Business correspondence may be handled through our Shenzhen office and Shaoxing manufacturing operations. Our current privacy contact is sales007@geeko-oral.com. The contact details listed in Section 16 may be used for privacy questions and requests.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

Business and contact information, such as your name, business email address, company name, country or region, telephone or WhatsApp number and job-related contact details.

Project and inquiry information, such as the product you are interested in, estimated order quantity, target market, customisation requirements, certification needs, packaging requirements, requested delivery timing and any message you submit.

Communications, such as emails, WhatsApp messages, quotation discussions, sample requests and other correspondence with our sales, engineering, quality or support teams.

Commercial and transaction information, if an inquiry develops into a business relationship, such as quotation records, sample arrangements, contracts, purchase orders, shipping instructions, invoices and payment-related records handled outside the website.

Our V1 website inquiry form does not support file uploads. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, payment card data or confidential product files through the website form.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, approximate location, date and time of access, security logs and diagnostic information.

Usage and source information, such as pages viewed, landing page, referring page, navigation events, form-submission status and campaign parameters including utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign.

Cookie and analytics information, where permitted by your choices. Further details are provided in our Cookie Policy.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, send us an email, contact us through WhatsApp, request a quotation or sample, or communicate with our team.

We may collect technical and usage information automatically through our website, hosting environment, security tools, consent-management tools and analytics technologies.

We may also receive information from your employer, colleague, sourcing agent, referral partner or another person who contacts us on behalf of your organisation. Please ensure that you are authorised to provide information relating to other individuals.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to: respond to inquiries and communicate with you; understand project requirements and assess whether we can provide suitable products or services; prepare quotations, arrange samples and support OEM/ODM discussions; manage business relationships, contracts, orders and after-sales communication; operate, maintain, secure and improve our website; measure website performance and inquiry sources where analytics consent has been provided; prevent spam, fraud, abuse and security incidents; comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and contractual obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: steps requested by you before entering into a contract and performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, operating a B2B manufacturing business, maintaining records, improving our services and protecting our systems; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, particularly for non-essential analytics cookies or any optional marketing communication you separately choose to receive.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We may follow up in relation to the specific project, quotation or business request you submitted, but we do not automatically add inquiry contacts to a general promotional mailing list.

7. Cookies, Analytics and Similar Technologies

We use essential technologies required to operate and secure the website. With your permission, we also plan to use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic, page usage and inquiry conversions. Google Tag Manager may be used to manage approved tags, but it does not determine the purposes for which data is used.

Google Search Console is used to understand search visibility and website indexing and does not by itself place analytics cookies on your browser through our website. Cloudflare Turnstile is planned for inquiry-form protection against automated abuse.

Non-essential analytics storage will remain disabled unless you provide consent through our cookie banner. We do not plan to use Google Ads conversion tags, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity in V1. Please see our Cookie Policy for more information and to manage your choices.

8. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not use information submitted through inquiry forms for cross-context behavioural advertising in V1.

We may share personal information only where reasonably necessary with: website hosting and infrastructure providers, including Hostinger; transactional email providers, including Resend, for sending website inquiry notifications; our enterprise email provider for receiving and managing communications; analytics and tag-management providers, including Google, where you have consented to analytics; security providers, including Cloudflare, for form protection and abuse prevention; communication providers, such as WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us through those services; professional advisers, auditors, insurers and service providers who support our business; logistics, testing, certification, design, tooling or manufacturing partners when required to evaluate or perform your requested project; government authorities, courts or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is legally required; and a successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition or transfer of business assets.

Our service providers are permitted to process information only for the relevant services they provide, subject to their contractual terms and applicable law.

9. International Data Transfers

GEEKO operates from China and serves customers internationally. Your information may therefore be processed in China and in other countries where our service providers operate. For example, website hosting, email delivery, analytics, security or communications providers may process information outside your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards made available through our service providers or other recognised transfer mechanisms. The level of legal protection in another country may differ from that in your country.

10. Data Retention

General inquiry and quotation records are normally retained for no longer than 24 months from the latest meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active project, dispute, security investigation or legal requirement.

If an inquiry develops into a contract, order or ongoing commercial relationship, related records may be retained for the period required to perform the relationship and to meet applicable accounting, tax, customs, quality, warranty, regulatory and legal obligations.

Spam, clearly invalid submissions and unnecessary duplicate records may be deleted earlier. Cookie and analytics retention periods are described in the Cookie Policy.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure hosting, transport encryption, protected credentials, form validation, anti-bot controls and service-provider security safeguards.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send highly sensitive personal information, passwords, payment card data or confidential technical files through the public website form.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of information; restrict or object to certain processing; receive a portable copy of information you provided; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

These rights may be subject to legal conditions, exceptions and identity-verification requirements. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 16. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

13. Marketing Communications

We do not treat a website inquiry as consent to receive general marketing emails. If we later offer an optional newsletter or promotional subscription, it will use a separate, voluntary opt-in. You may withdraw such consent or unsubscribe at any time without affecting project-related or legally required communications.

14. Children

This website is intended for business customers and professional representatives and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

15. Third-Party Websites and Communication Channels

Our website may link to third-party websites, social networks, maps, messaging platforms or other services. Those third parties control their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing information through their services.
